Shroom-Mates ships orders throughout the United States from our farm in Minneapolis, Kansas.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Customers will receive tracking information when their order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Shroom-Mates purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you are otherwise unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

For products that arrive damaged or defective, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
